We asked for a home inspection on a potential second home in Callahan. Michael was very thorough in his report, with pictures of things that needed general maintenance, and those that needed immediate attention, due to safety factors. I had a question on an item and he responded promptly with a satisfactory answer. I would not hesitate to use Shasta Premier Inspections again.
