Had a great experience with Holy Smoke from our first interaction. They came and inspected our existing chimney, gave recommendations on multiple stoves to choose from, and ordered and installed a stove with no issues. Sean was our technician and was very helpful and knowledgeable.

If you live in the relatively remote Siskiyou County in N. Central CA, your choices for service providers (of any sort) are slim pickings. As such, a wise consumer would consider this when making a purchase, because everything breaks. Who repairs residental propane fireplaces and stoves in this region? No one, except Sean and Holy Smokes. They are: prompt, technically asture, punctual, keep promises, overly communicative with auto responses on txt messages when the office is closed and overall excellent. They don't work for free, and that is the only negative, but who does in 2025? Call them- Sean was my tech and he worked through a myriad of issues on a warranty... read full review

Arrived on time contacted me about arriving early . We’re dressed professionally and identified themself . Did their work quickly and did not make or leave a mess . Overall very professional .followed up the next day . Highly recommend.
