Dr. Park and Erica are the best! I wanted to address some skin issues, white tongue, and eating habits, and their treatment has helped with all three issues! They are both incredibly kind and caring. I feel like I can come to them with any health related questions.

I started seeing Erica for carpal tunnel like symptoms that randomly appeared on my right hand. I had a weird throbbing pain that appeared on my right hand, on my wrist between my thumb and index finer, and suffered for about a month (even when my hand was at rest), and suffered from sleepless nights because of this throbbing. I resorted to wearing a brace to stabilize my wrist which eased some of the throbbing, but the problem persisted.
Enter Erica. After ONE treatment, most of the throbbing pain went away. I stopped having to wear the brace during the day (but continued to wear it at night... just in case). I still had occasional throbbing pain here and there, and had some pain when holding my toothbrush to brush my teeth, or putting any type of strain on my thumb or index finger. My pain went from a 7 to a 3 after that ONE treatment.
My SECOND treatment (a week later) was intense, but SO GOOD! She focused on my thumb during this treatment. I don't know how she did it, but she applied pressure along my arm and shoulder and FOUND the exact spot near my thumb and wrist that was bothering me. (I could never find the actual location... just knew my thumb hurt when I strained it doing daily activities). THAT alone was mind blowing to me. She explained what was going on in very simple terms, using the analogy of an accident on a freeway and a traffic jam that was causing most of my symptoms. At any rate, whatever she did on my right arm and thumb WORKED. NO PAIN when brushing my teeth or doing anything strenuous with my thumb.
Erica takes her time and really LISTENS before diagnosing. She is a gifted HEALER who knows what she is doing. She is empathetic, confident and passionate about helping people. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her.
I am now a believer... in acupuncture!

I don't usually write reviews, but when exceptional are is given I feel it should be recognized and honored. Dr. Park and Erica are exceptionally caring and compassionate. They love what they do and really take the time to listen and to get to know their patients. They make you feel very comfortable and cared for . I have been treated for many problems, most recently trigeminal neuralgia which is challenging to treat with Western medicine. Dr. Park knew exactly what to do, prescribing both needles and herbal treatment which was very effective. I have also been treated for gallbladder issues and hypertension and had excellent results as well. Dr. Park and Erica will help and support you on your health journey and you won't find more caring and welcoming professionals anywhere. Thank you so much Dr. Park and Erica! You are the best!

I have been coming here for about three months for acupuncture treatment for my trigeminal neuralgia, and I am very happy with my experience. The office is always clean and has a calming atmosphere, with soft nature sounds and a pleasant scent of essential oils. Erica and Dr. Park are both incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable and cared for every visit. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking acupuncture treatment!

In my third trimester of pregnancy I developed really bad pain in my left shoulder blade. This pain would completely prevent me from sleeping. Being pregnant i wanted to seek out a holistic approach. I had tried a chiropractor but after a few sessions with no improvement they recommended I try acupuncture. I found Empowered You from my MIL and it has completely helped with my shoulder pain. I am now able to sleep through most nights with little to no pain. On top of the healing everyone is super understanding, being a mom my schedule is always changing. I’ve had to move appointments at the last minute or bring my son to sessions, which they always accommodate. Although, I love the sessions when I don’t have to bring him, because the ambience is very relaxing. They have twinkle lights all set up rain and classical music playing. I can just sit in there, close my eyes for a few and completely reset.
