I had such a wonderful experience at Smooth and Skinny today! From the moment I walked in, Randa made me feel so welcomed. She is such a kind, professional, and genuinely caring manager. You can truly tell how much she values her clients and her team.
Yolanda, the nurse, was also absolutely amazing. She was incredibly professional, gentle, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the entire process. It was obvious that she truly loves what she does, and that made me feel very comfortable and cared for.
