Wow! I am so impressed with the home inspection process and report done by Doug. He blew me away with his knowledge and expertise on homes. He is detailed oriented, friendly, and professional. He is great at explaining everything and took the time answer all of my questions. The best part during the inspection process was when he was summarizing all his findings. Mr. Eric Hill completed a thorough home inspection of a mobile home we were considering purchasing. He closely examined everything from under the home to the roof; documenting everything that might become an issue. His report was delivered to my Inbox that same evening. The report detailed all the inspection points with photographs documenting every area of concern with pointers to the exact detail at issue. Items of particular concern are highlighted in red lettering and an explanation of the concern. He even added areas of recommended repairs that were necessarily of high importance.
