I highly recommend Jeff of JDB Property Inspectors. I hired Jeff to conduct a 4-Point Insurance Inspection for my home, which included inspecting (i) the roof; (ii) the plumbing; (iii) the electrical; and (iv) the HVAC [both heating & cooling]. He is responsive to text messages and emails. We communicated prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and he was highly professional. Jeff is great at what he does, which is to visually inspect the roof/plumbing/electrical/HVAC to see whether they are in reasonably good condition or not. He is thorough and he answers all of your questions. I would hire him again! Thank you, Jeff!
