Jeff just finished a home inspection for us. He was professional from the initial quote to the completion of the inspection. Throughout the entire process we had to reschedule multiple times and he was always responsive and easy to communicate with. There was a day where Jeff showed up on time to perform the inspection when the house wasn't ready due to an unforeseen delay. He rescheduled the inspection without any grievance whatsoever. A detailed report with all the findings, comments, and pictures was sent electronically. Highly recommended

We are in the process of purchasing a fixer mobilehome and needed an inspection to see if there were any hidden issues. We contacted several companies after checking their Yelp reviews. Jeff responded within 10 minutes of our inquiry with a price quote via Yelp message. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. Jeff asked if we had questions several times during his inspection and also showed us some of the issues he saw and some solutions for them. We had our inspection report the next day. Highly recommend him.
