Pet Supplies Plus in Yorba Linda is great. The store is always clean, well organized, and fully stocked. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They make the experience easygoing. I like how convenient the location is and how much they care about customers and pets. Highly recommend this store!
Staff is always friendly and very helpful- they know their stuff. The store is always clean and they have a cute photo-op area for different holidays. It’s a privately-owned business, and the pride of ownership is clear.
What we have observed:
-Prices are high for some things like carriers or shampoo. You're going to pay up to double the price of other places but you wouldn't know unless you do your homework. We've paid more in a pinch, but you do what you have to do. -Prices are competitive for pet food. A few dollars higher than other local small stores.
-They have a wide selection of food for dogs.
-I'd like to see a better selection of grooming tools.
-The dog wash is clean, but there should be a sign with etiquette in the dog wash area. We have been, and people just throw their used towels down. There is a basket for used towels!
