“Several years ago, on a day I had excruciating, debilitating back pain, I came to Dr. McFarland the first time. I was working through a bunch of calls off a list before I dialed his number. He was the first one willing to add me on to the end of his day to provide same day help for me.

As it turned out, his flexibility and willingness to do what he can to help someone, is an important characteristic of his. He’s also one of the most experienced practitioners in the area.

I had periodic and, at times, debilitating back pain. But through his individualized help, I always recovered quickly. However, at some point later, I would return with similar problems. I eventually realized I needed to come in regularly for adjustments and accountability. I have done that for a number of years now with weekly visits and have not had this problem recur.

He always takes time to check in with me. And he's always willing to offer suggestions about helpful adjustments (pun intended) to my nutrition, exercise and lifestyle.

His office is comfortable, clean and fully equipped. I highly recommend him.“

“My girlfriend and I have come here twice now after meeting on a weekend for a 3-4 mile hike. We are always greeted with soft sweet smiles and as if they've been waiting just for us. They put our feet in warm water to so we can start getting relaxed, get us and everything they need situated, and then begin by massaging our scalp and shoulders for about 10 mins. Then they get down to why we came: a foot reflexology massage. It's a beautiful and incredibly relaxing one hour foot and leg massage. Sometimes they use hot stones and sometimes they don't. I prefer the stones in the beginning of the massage as they seem to relax the muscles, but either way, it's a great experience. I really like Yorna..she is kind, caring, and whispers softly to make sure I'm okay throughout the massage. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Yorna and Lemon Tree Spa.
