You know how people say they've found their "forever home"? Well, I've found my forever dentist. To start, Elaine and Cecile (spelling?) at the front desk are absolutely charming and wonderful in person and on the phone. After my and my husband's first visit, both ladies know us I by name, always telling us to say hello to the other and ask how they are doing. My insurance was dropped for several months, and I refused to go anywhere else until I was able to return here. After having not seen me for a while, both women, independently, noticed I had cut my hair! How sweet. Nicole, the dental hygienist is ON IT. She seems to know what both the doctor and patient need at all times, and consistently asks if you are doing alright. She gives you glasses for the light, a block to help hold your mouth open, and offers a blanket if you look chilly. She is gentle, attentive, and makes good conversation. Now Dr. Berris. I have serious anxiety when it comes to the dentist, so when I say that through her work, there is no doubt she is both highly trained and practiced. I am NEVER in pain during my visit, and even after major work, I am still in absolute minimal pain. I have not interacted with the other dentist on staff. The facility is clean and bright; and I am never left waiting in the lobby for more than 3-5 minutes MAX (if at all). I also find it very helpful that they let me break up my payments so it isn't charged all at once. I think the only thing I will say, is sometimes I like to be told what specifically they are doing during different steps while working on my teeth, just because I am so curious what's going on in there. I NEVER thought I would enthusiastically say I love my dentist, but... here we are! 😍

Dr. Berris and her staff are nothing short of amazing! I first learned of this practice through other colleagues. Dr. Berris is patient, attentive, and extremely passionate about her work. She makes it a point to ensure that her patients have a good experience. I'm so thrilled to have found this practice and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality dentist! Highly recommended!
