I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Shiva and her team Becka, Ginna, and Loren. From the beginning they displayed professionalism and a true sense of compassion and understanding. I’m someone who has a bit of apprehension and anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Shiva and Becka were receptive to that and made me feel at ease all the way through my experience. I’ve found a team of professionals that work well with me and place i feel comfortable to return to. Thank you Digital Smiles :)

The dental team here at Digital smiles has been phenomenal, I would like to say thank you to Lauren (front office) she was so kind and patience . Her expertise with insurance simplified and broke down what was covered for my kids. Ashley (dental hygienist) has a natural ability to comfort even the most anxious patients. Her professional knowledge and skill are superb. Becca (dental assistant) is amazing, she was prompts with all duties need to make this visit smooth. I stopped into Digital Smiles in Yorba Linda in duress over prior unsatisfactory dental work. I was met by Lauren at the front desk who patiently listened to my long story, then Becca who I believe was a technician, came up to the front desk and overheard part of my story. She insisted on hearing the whole story; she truly cared, and even teared up as my tears were streaming. Though there were no appointments available for me, Becca insisted and made sure I was seen right away.
