Our pool’s panel wasn’t turning on and I’m so glad I found Jeff & Diana’s Service information. I spoke with Jeff over the phone, he was so helpful and had me at ease scheduling a service appointment with him. He was early, reliable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. When I told him I have people coming over to enjoy the pool over the weekend, he told me he knew then, he had to come out and help- that tells me he cares about his customers and I’m so Thankful for his wonderful work and time. Jeff showed up on time. He examined my equipment. Turns out that my attempt at repairing it the day before worked after all! Jeff refused my efforts to pay him for the service call. Definitely will contact him for future service.
