Serene Pools has been doing my pool for 3, 4 months now and they’re doing a great job! Charlie communicates with me very well, is on top of every detail, and is keeping the water beautiful. I was dealing with some minor water issues and Charlie corrected them within a couple weekly visits. Everything has been great since. Honestly, it did hurt to make the change since I had been with another service for about a decade, but it was worth it. The results across the board speak for themselves. I’m extremely satisfied.
We met Charlie “Serene pools” through a mutual friend who also was doing pools. Charlie is very soft spoken gentleman told us exactly what he was going to be doing for us and that the young lady in the office who is his niece Miranda would take care of setting up an account for us. I called her and she made it very easy for me to set things up on line. Very nice and very helpful.
