My husband and I recently purchased a home and wanted to have our own inspection done and not rely solely on the sellers inspection. I heard great things about Jeff at JBD property inspectors, and he definitely did not disappoint! Jeff was incredible to work with, and I would STRONGLY suggest him for your home inspection. Jeff is one of those people you wish you could give more than 5 stars to!
Jeff was right on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and it is quite apparent he truly enjoys what he does. He is thorough and spends the extra time to discuss and educate the homeowner on anything he may find whether it be positive or negative.
I highly recommend Jeff of JDB Property Inspectors. I hired Jeff to conduct a 4-Point Insurance Inspection for my home, which included inspecting (i) the roof; (ii) the plumbing; (iii) the electrical; and (iv) the HVAC [both heating & cooling]. He is responsive to text messages and emails. We communicated prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and he was highly professional. Jeff is great at what he does, which is to visually inspect the roof/plumbing/electrical/HVAC to see whether they are in reasonably good condition or not.
