We had a great experience with the J Martin installation team. Jacob, Luis, and Abraham worked hard and long to complete it and it fired up in the first try. We are looking forward to keeping real cool this summer.
We had a new Daikin HVAC system installed and had new ductwork installed. Jack was original contact and sized the system. He was helpful by properly sizing to avoid buying two systems.
The installation took two days. The crew was very professional. Tony explained the thermostats, show me the system and went through a thorough checklist before leaving.
They did a good job protecting the floor and cleaning up after day 1 and day 2. Tony, Michael, Cris and Frank were professional and were polite.
