I really like the vets I’ve seen here, as they’re caring and take their time, however the front desk staff is socially awkward and often abrupt, so I’m looking for other vets

Dr. Yasso is amazing! She took the time during the checkup and provided great recommendations. I brought my 2 cats and Australian Shepherd to her for routine check ups and they felt comfortable. 5 stars!

I always leave Circle of Friends with a happy feeling because Dr Yasso is so very thorough and pleasant. She sits on the floor and pets Savannah, always has treats in her pocket and I totally trust her and her recommendations. Savannah is no longer desperately scratching herself, her diarrhea is almost gone, she is eating and she seems much happier. We take Savannah, our Corgi and our 4 kitties to Circle of Friends. They have always received exceptional care. Thank God for an exceptional veterinarian. Now, if we could only clone her

The fact that you are already a client should give you some priority to have your pet be seen sooner rather than later. We brought our new puppy in to see them and had been brining her in. We do have 2 other dogs that were with another vet, and were planning on moving over when they have their annual check ups. However, one of the two ended up getting sick and needed immediate attention. The answer received was they were booked out for several weeks and cannot accommodate. We ended up taking him to his current vet and he passed away. Then I was planning to set up the other one for office visit and got the same push back that it will be several weeks out. Interesting that the other vet was willing to see my sick dog right away and Circles will not accommodate anything. What gets me is not just the lack of accommodation. But also the sense that they do not really care. We will be bringing all my pets to another vet going forward. We would not recommend this business to anyone.

Staff and doctors are all very kind. Weve gone here for decades, Dr Yasso is wonderful, knowlegable, and very caring. Since we began seeing her, she has brought on a couple other Doctors as well, Dr Connelly and Dr Mainer who are both equally kind and caring. We can't say enough about this practice!

I took my Standard Poodle Felix to this Vet for a follow up check up because a few weeks prior he had an allergic reaction and had to go to the emergency Vet. I wasn't too happy with CASE's emergency Vet. That guy didn't listen and as soon as he was told I was holistic he got a stick up his you-know-what and told me "well my approach is all western medicine and I don't want you to do anything holistic for at least 30 days so we can see what works". My holistic stuff has worked for many years for many dogs. Each dog is different and so I always defer back to Vets to brainstorm. We just moved back to this area and needed a new regular Vet. Dr Yazzo at Circle of Friends was so amazing!!! I can't say that about most Vets I've dealt with in recent years. She got down on the floor and sat with my boy Felix and looked me in the eye the whole time. (The emergency Vet at CASE animal hospital looked at the floor the entire time and kept my dog in back while he talked to me). Dr Yazzo gave me a blanket over the chair because I didn't want to get dog hair on my clothes. She gave Felix some lamb treats for being a good boy while she palpated him. She listened about me not wanting another chewable flea med for my boy for fear of seizures or other side effects since he's my service dog. She also prescribed a lot of OTC things I could try as options (no pressure) for his anxiety/motion sickness that other Vets have never mentioned! The Dramamine for long car rides I feel was a success, at least on the first half of the 4hr round trip! That's huge! And the calming collar is working too! I also just put the prescription Advantage Multi topical on him last night and was very watchful that I didn't touch his back or let him lick himself and watched for side effects. This morning he seems to be doing well! The topicals we tried from the stores for fleas weren't working before and he was dosed 3 mos worth in just a month and a half and that's why he had an allergic reaction. I'm so pleased she had a less toxic (internally anyway) alternative for me to try for him! I'm so thankful to have a great Vet and right up the street! The staff were all also very sweet! AND she even recommended a groomer that does great poodle cuts and they're across the street from the Vet! Win/win!

Great vets and so knowledgeable about greyhounds - can't say enough positive things about Dr Yasso and Dr Meinert and I adore Mary at the front desk!

The service I received from DR. Yaso and her whole team was top notch. She is the only vet that I have ever met who gets down on the ground with your dog, makes them feel comfortable and delivers great care at a reasonable price. I won't take my pets to any other vet again.
