Amazing pet hospital that will take care of your pet! My cat has had some serious health issues and Dr. Marquez has gone above and beyond to help us figure out what is going on with him. Even when we were struggling to find his prescription, she made sure that the clinic would take care of him and keep him stable.

I recently went to Canyon Hills Animal Hospital with two of my Keeshonden after my vet of many years joined their staff. I took them for senior care and dentals, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the support staff, and the obvious care my animals received. I was thoroughly informed of results, treatments and aftercare. I highly recommend this vet practice.

First time in, and I felt that they genuinely cared about my dog. I highly suggest you try their anesthesia free dental cleaning. They did a great job and it was very thorough.

We live 39 miles from this fantastic Veterinarian. But it’s worth it. The doctors are honest and really care. The staff really loves animals. And… you can tell they’re not just trying to create expensive bills! They provide options… Every experience has been great. We wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I previously took my dog to Canyon Hills Hospital due to blood in her urine. They prescribed antibiotics and suggested a culture test for further analysis. I have called multiple times to get the results of the culture, but I haven't received any response since March. The visit cost $900. My dog has had this issue for a while, and our former vet never charged us anywhere near that amount. Unfortunately, he moved, so we had to go to Canyon Hills Hospital. My dog has experienced the same problem over the past two days, and despite my calls for antibiotics, they haven't shown any concern. This place lacks compassion and integrity. Don't bring your dog here.

Canyon Hills Animal Hospital and Dr. Marquez were absolutely wonderful! Our beloved dog, Bambi, passed away due to the extreme negligence of another Veterinary office. Dr. Marquez reviewed Bambi's records and spent a hour with us, answering all our questions. My wife and I very much appreciate the kindness she showed us!

Instead of a traditional review, I am just going to post my thank you note that I presented to the hospital after our precious Daisy crossed the Rainbow Bridge. "Dear Dr. Marquez and Staff, Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Daisy through the years. Your medical expertise has helped to extend Daisy's life. You and your staff's kindness and compassion has helped to make my world and Daisy's world a better place. We will forever grieve the loss of our sweet girl, but we also be forever grateful for the care that we received at your hospital."

We’ve been coming here for ≈ 3 years now. Their customer service is always on point. Front desk or calling to make appointments , whatever the case may be, they run a tight ship. When we’ve lost dogs, they’ve been super compassionate and accommodating. We are big fans of Dr. H although every doc we’ve seen has been nice and it is nice not to have to refer out for everything.
It’s not the cheapest veterinarian I’ve ever been to but you get what you pay for. If you like the VCA machine, go for it. It has its perks but I prefer a more local experience.
I sometimes have wished they had emergency hours but, it is cost prohibitive I’m sure.
Not their fault, but an indoor range is opening up beside them (because surely THATS the best place) and I’m not a huge fan of having dogs and cats being able to hear gunshots all day but, supposedly the range owners are being forced to ensure it won’t be a problem. I have doubts because it’s a jerkoff move to open in that location in the first place.
Anyway, honestly great vet. I have no complaints.

If the energy of the environment and staff matter to you, I'd stay clear of this veterinarian office. The staff and doctor (didnt get her name, and honestly dont care to know it) lacks warmth and exudes a self-righteous ora that is off-putting and distant.
