Instead of acknowledging real customer feedback he: 1) is defensive and belligerent 2) violates customer privacy by publicly calling out entire names when he's combative - you know yelp only shows initials of sur names for a reason Like I said beware of working with this highly negligent screwball before he damages your home. I never mocked you for trying to clean up the water mess you cause upstairs. I said small beach towel, not hand towel. If you already tested the bath tub and pulled the stopper, then why continue to let the bath tub water run? Turn it off. That itself shows how forgetful you were. You came downstairs, ran your mouth, came upstairs to show me "something" and stepped into the bathroom without even realizing you've stepped into a pool. I had to tell you the tub was still running. You reached in the tub and commented "ow the water is hot, what happened?" With emotions running high and seeing what was done to our home, it was best that we left. Luckily... read full review

I have used Steve two times...7 years apart and his work ethic and detailed nature has not changed. We have recommended him to our friends and neighbors...which is the highest compliment we can think of to give to a business.
