We had a perfect experience for the spay of our 10 month Bernedoodle. Staff were courteous upon arrival. They went over the procedure and options we had. Staff came into the lobby to get her familiar and comfortable before she was walked back for her appt. Later at pick up staff provided me with all instructions on how to care for her. She is almost 2 weeks post-op and doing great. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I was so nervous for Sora, our Bernedoodle but she is doing fantastic! Based on our experience I would highly recommend this vet!
Thank you so much for helping us during a stressful situation! Our cat passed away this morning at home and Valley Oak was amazing. The receptionist got us all set up for private cremation and was incredibly kind
Great service. Open on the weekend. Have a positive experience. Our dog, Rosie, had an ear infection we noticed on a weekend. She was had a very uncomfortable night and wanted to take her to the vet. UCD wouldn't take her because they said they only see emergencies. We were thankful she was seen here. Rosie's ear was pretty bad. Unfortunately, we had not noticed it before.
