I love Urban Soul Yoga! The instructors guide you through your practice with kindness and compassion. They help you practice at just the right level for you. Lindsey, the owner, is welcoming and fun, as well as very knowledgeable about yoga. She sets the tone for an environment of good vibes surrounding you while you do your yoga practice. I highly recommend Urban Soul Yoga.

Highly recommend this studio for its atmoshphere, friendliness and professionalism. Classes are suitable for all levels and can be as challenging as you want them to be. I always leave feeling more calm, balanced and relaxed - a real gem.

I use to practice yoga at the gym but this studio is the full experience for a full body work out and relaxation. Lindsey walks around the room with lotion and gives you a little neck massage or sprays the room with relaxing scents.All the instructors are very sweet and helpful. Tuesday evenings are free for first timers. Try it! I promise you'll love it.
