I had a great experience with Tech Knuckles. My laptop was on its last leg and shut down. Brad tried some things over the phone first and then had me bring it to him. He got it back up and I limped along for a few days until I got a new laptop. He gave suggestions on what to buy and where. Then he transferred everything over from the old laptop to the new one. He removed all the unnecessary things I don’t use and some I didn’t know I had! Most importantly, he made sure everything is safe, secure, and protected! He got me back up and running very quickly and his fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business!

My computer crashed and I really needed to move to Windows 10 from Windows 7 anyhow. I had Tech Knuckle put a newer PC together with my SSD drive in one day. I am very happy with this company and will use them in the future. A+++++++

Very knowledgeable outstanding customer service and courteous and kind, Brad just finished building a computer from scratch for my son, I am so impressed.
