Juan is a great guy. He worked magic on our carpets. For 27 year old carpets, they practically look new again. He really takes pride in his work and is very knowledgeable about carpet care. We had a spot that wicked up more dirt and when called he came by to touch it up, no problem. That is quality workmanship.
