I've had 2 of their PLS-5 lasers fail. Instead of offering a very reasonable repair service, they try to push you into a new unit at a "discounted price". The discounted price is still making them a walloping profit instead of repairing unit at a much more reasonable price. I liked their products until they fail. Nope, I won't buy them again.
