10/10 I cannot say it enough!! Their team is the BEST. They did a spectacular job on the move out clean from the place we were renting. Top to bottom CLEAN!! They were fast, efficient, kind, and very communicative throughout the process as things came up. I appreciated their approach and would hire them again in a second. Worth EVERY penny!

Armida and her crew currently clean my place once a month. I called for an initial quote and she was prompt in scheduling a time to visit the property and offer a reasonable price. We set up for an initial 3-hour deep cleaning for $300 and a follow up monthly 1.5-hour maintenance cleaning for $165 per visit. I pay by cash or personal check each time. Armida and the Olivarez House Cleaning team is always timely, responsive, friendly, and thorough. I echo the sentiments of another review, in that I am always in awe after they clean. Armida was wonderful with her staff! Her attention to detail for a move out cleaning was top notch. She was in and out within 3 hours. It was estimated 4, but I kept my house pretty clean. I told her what I needed and she got the job done and exceeded! She made my baseboards and the house all sparkly! Her responsiveness to the quote was within minutes. I am just overall please and will be utilizing her for more services in the future
