On the one hand, my experience was positive when Oasis first did the job (exterior of house in Davis). Ben was on top of things and the house looked great. But in less than two years, noticeable cracks appeared where the paint coverage wasn't sufficient -- cracks big enough to let in water. No big deal, easy too fix, but Ben wouldn't return any of my three messages asking to discuss when he could take a look at the problem and whether the earlier job was under warranty. No reply whatsoever after about two weeks of phoning got me a bit ticked off. (I repainted the main problem area myself in abut 45 minutes.)

Extremely High Standards! They were very professional, affordable and responsive. I worked with 2 other painting companies in the past and Ben was by far the best to work with. I will ONLY work with Oasis Painting going forward!

Very great customer service although me and my wife were not able to hire them this year we plan on hiring them next year for our the exterior of our home. But we felt like Ben was honest and up front about everything that we would need to do and he was very understanding of the fact that we will have to wait til next year.
