Let’s Face it… When you think of needing a plumber you are not usually having a “smooth” day… in my case a cute little decided to kill her own pincher bug by flushing it down the toilet… awesome until you find out she used the metal bath tub drain cap got scared and dropped it in the toilet and also flushed it at the same time (can’t make the stuff that comes up with kids sometimes) 🤦♀️. Then finding out such problem by a grinding sound the next time the bathroom was used making the drain un un retrievable by me… This is when Hall’s plumbing came to the rescue! The ladies in the office made it super easy to get me an appointment and even got us in same day. Josh and Rah where extremely polite and helpful giving us all of our options and pricing break downs so we could decide what our best options was. Friday night my daughter texted me the toilet in the master bath was leaking from the flange! Her husband is in a wheelchair due to a stroke and this is the only bathroom he is able to use! I told her to call Hall’s Plumbing! She paused and said it’s Friday. I said call and explain the situation! What a wonderful caring group Hall’s is- by the time I got there in AM. Hall’s was already making the repair! They cleared the blockage and scoped the entire system. The technology they use allowed us to see for ourselves the problem and discuss what needed repairs remained. Chris Mayes, the technician, seeing the situation contacted the office and got a discount for them which was a blessing! We have used Hall’s Plumbing at our home as well. We recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Having a responsive and professional team is huge. And having them within our community is a blessing!
