So I went for a car wash the other day. I got the top package and was pleased with the results. I drove away to do some errands and realized my rear wiper was gone.I assumed I was screwwed (as in they wouldn't help), but I went back anyways to see what I could salvage.When I returned and explained the situation to an attendant, they took down my info unprompted and sent it off to a manager. Shortly after they reached out and compensated me to cover the repair.I was very impressed with how the Five Star team handled the incident. I love this place so much I purchased their monthly $17.99 pass. Super cool car wash that can actually clean your car well. I always use the vacuums to give my car that extra touch of love, clean from the inside out. I also use their oil change place as well each time that I need an oil change.
