Recently had to get 2 cars fixed through AAA, and Citizens provided an excellent service! Kim, Nathaniel, and Ulysses were very helpful and understanding, even through some mix ups on my part. I would highly rec this company to anyone!
I've used Citizens Towing (via AAA) several times over the years and they are ALWAYS amazing! Fast, professional and pleasant. Last night my car broke down at midnight. Jason showed up in a matter of minutes and very efficiently got the car to the shop and me back home in a matter of minutes. Sunday night flat tire running into a pot holeon I 5 in Dunnigan. Called Citizens Towing, nice friendly voice helped me the whole time while she was looking for one of their drivers. She found Kody who came to the rescue, what a great guy. Kody's friendly attitude and professionalism got me on the road. The spare tire was a very unique tire, but Kody got the job done.
