Saw someone new today. Unfortunately, my thick eyebrows are gone. I specifically requested for them to remain thick and just wanted a little shape up. They are very thin now. I wanted to give a heads up since people may need recent reviews to make the best decision. I let the person know as well.

They are not a shaping eyebrow place. They never cut my eyebrows before or after threading. They never get every hair threaded out. I always have to pluck when I get home. I have full eyebrows. They just "clean up" if you are in a hurry, go, if you want your eyebrows to be shaped and styled, don't go.

The space was very clean, and the atmosphere was nice. I called and made an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early to my 5:30 appointment and was booked for a full facial service. The lady doing the threading asked me after she finished if everything looked okay I asked for a few minor touch ups that were missed and the person doing the threading let out a long sigh. I felt awful for even asking but told her I'd pay extra for her to do it because it was 6:03, I was the last appointment, and it was the end of the day. Personally, she seemed more bugged that I asked her to do a touch up even though she asked if I was okay with it. I still paid extra, but I won't be back....read full review
