This place is and was a godsend for me!! I cannot thank the entire staff everyone from the Amazing and extremely professional Office Manager Yalda who is always there and goes above and beyond to make sure for any reason you might find yourself there you are taken care of, then theres the main DR who i owe my life to and when i say this believe me it is coming from a very deep place within me! Dr Hamid from the moment I walked in with a very sensitive issue he made me feel at ease not with fake promises but realistic expectations as long as i did what he advised and i did now closing on 6 years of having my life back thanks to this amazing place and its Staff. Anyone speaking negatively about this place or Dr Hamid or any staff members i cant speak on their personal experience but i can say this with the highest degree of confidence, Dr Hamid has never been anything but honest helpful has gone out of his way to make sure of my well being at any given time. Just having that comfort is such a blessing and such a big deal that i cant express in words. I waited all these years to post a review of this location for a reason. So if anyone is having any second thoughts or reading reviews that are not positive i just want to say please just go see Dr Hamid for any issues you or a loved one might be having related to "bad habits" i am a success story all thanks to Dr Hamid and his staff and Yalda is the sweetest the most caring person I have come across in this field so I don't understand the negative comments anyone is posting about her! Again From the bottom of my heart Thank You Dr Hamid and staff for saving my life and being there in my darkest times!! Sincerely Forever Grateful!!

WATCH OUT!! Go somewhere else! There are other urgent care facilities within a short distance from this place. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. I went to this facility on 6/7/23 for what turned out to be a torn meniscus. I barely made it into the reception area. (Wasn't offered a wheelchair until I couldn't walk through the door to the exam room.) I was greeted by the receptionist who first wanted my credit card to charge $145 for the office call. She took my insurance card and said they'd bill me if there was any difference. I was seen and referred for a MRI and Ultrasound at West Hills Medical Center. The problem is with their billing system. They attempted to send the office visit fee for the 6/7 visit to my insurance company but when the insurance company asked for additional information or a correct procedure code, they instead send another bill for a 2 minute phone call when the doctor called with the MRI results. The first claim was denied by insurance because they didn't respond to what the insurance company asked for. Instead they changed the date of service to 6/8. Insurance company says the procedure code was incorrect and asked that it be fixed. Again, instead of following through with that request, they send another claim for a office visit on 6/12. They were paid the agreed amount by my insurance company leaving a copay of $76.73. Note I had already paid them $145 at the time I went there. I sent a letter when I received a bill for the balance of the third claim six months later. I provided them with all the documentation from my actual visit and the EOBs. I was only at their facility on 6/7 not any of the 3 other dates they attempted to bill my insurance company. That according to my EOB, they actually owed me $68.27 from my 6/7 visit. They threatened collection agency so I called them today. The billing person said that I told them on 6/7 not to go through my insurance company that I would rather pay a full cost instead. Right?! The billing person said the visit charged on 6/12 was for the 2 minute phone call the doctor called me with the MRI results saying I needed to see someone else. (She called it a Tele doctor fee) Coincidently, that balance due was after they submitted a claim to my insurance company! I asked the billing person if she received my letter and supporting document. She said yes but she was looking on my insurance portal instead. The different dates were because their billing person worked from home and just made a mistake. I argued back and said I shouldn't owe anything. She said to call back after I calmed down then hung up. (I only wish I was belligerent as she accused me of being instead of factual.) I mailed them a check for the $76.73 today. They obviously need the money to keep their cheating business and employees who are liars in business. Go to Carbon Health Urgent Care or Woodland Hills Urgent Care or Exer Urgent Care, or Kaiser or West Hills or any of the other 8 other urgent care facilities within that same area!!

The doctors don't care about patients at this clinic. I called the clinic for a prescription refill. CVS informed me that the office had not responded to numerous requests for a prescription for my heart medication that I had been taking for 32 years. The doctor refused to get on the phone to speak to me. Instead he told the technician or student to tell me that he will not renew my medication unless I come into the office for a visit. I informed the technician that I was already out of state and will not return until after the new year. I need enough to get me by and I will be in the office for the visit when I return. I was told to go to an urgent care facility in the state I'm in and have them fax proof of an office visit in order for them to renew my prescription in the clinic in California. This does not make any sense to me. So, the doctor would rather not write a prescription for a medication that I need , not even in a limited amount to keep me from experiencing severe rebound symptoms simply because I guess making a few dollars is more important than my health. Additionally, he didn't have the guts to get on the phone to tell me that nonsense himself so that I would have had the opportunity to ask him what was the basis for his decision. Office visits are only required once a year not every 6 months, but as I said before, they just don't care about anyone's health. Thanks a lot doctor!!

The worst customer service. No care given to their in house software or system.. Doctors who give recommendations, are either "on call" or off. Office manager or receptionist cold and do not have an answer as to when their system issues would be addressed. Terrible customer service! The doctors are nice, one saving grace, that is not part of the office cold-hearten staff. Uncompassionate. Rude. Bad business practices. They don't deserve your business. Been coming here years and instead of being loyal to your patients you don't know the new law for L.A. county regarding call in only for recommendations, and you still expect my business? You can keep telling me that your system is down, but there is NO system. It is call in only. Get current!

I would avoid this place at all costs!!!! I went here only because it was conveniently by my work and I was in a lot of pain. I paid a copay on the day of my visit and then received another bill a week later for the excess of what my insurance did not cover(which was not much). But the part that bewildered me the most was 5 months later they sent out 3 "invoices" for $215 on a plain sheet of paper stating "office visit". I was so confused and disregarded it as a mistake as surely no professional medical place will just haphazardly print a fake looking invoice 5 months after a simple 10 minute visit. Another week rolled around and I receive yet another shady invoice with the same information. At this point I got very suspicious and called the clinic directly to speak to someone about this bill. I got transferred and placed on hold for over an hour then magically got disconnected. So then I called again and yet again got transferred and the call so happened to get disconnected again. I continued to call a few more times the following week and could get not get in touch with anyone in the billing department. So at that point I decided to disregard it and move on with my life. Come to my surprise I received a collection notice from Westside Recovery Services and I about blew up. I called the clinic and waited on hold to get this explained to me as now they are trying to attack my credit score for a vague bill which I find completely unacceptable! I finally get in contact with a woman who explained my insurance did not pay for the office visit so it would be my responsibility to pay out of pocket. So I explained to her that I have Blue Cross and have never had this issue EVER with any other urgent care facilities! She again said she understood but they didn't cover that expense and I would have to pay the office visit in full. When I told her I will contact Blue cross directly to ask where the discrepancy is she then quickly changed her story and told me to hold while she looks into the system to see if they updated the account. And miraculously there was the proof!!!!Blue Cross DID IN FACT PAY the office visit fee. She said she was sorry and that it was a mistake on their end and they will contact the collection agency to have them remove the claim. I was so shocked I felt it would be a disservice to the locals to not share this! I know Woodland Hills is an affluent area with a-lot of busy hardworking people such as myself who probably overlook these minor things. But the biggest issue I have is the dishonesty and unethical practices this place does to take advantage and scam people. I should have read the reviews prior to visiting this place as it seems I am not the only one who experienced this "double billing" situation. BBB should be looking into their financials to see how they are fraudulently handling their patients and billing insurance companies. I will definitely never return here. Word of advice- it's worth driving a few extra miles to a trustworthy urgent care where you will have peace of mind that you will not be potentially scammed!!! There is enough bad in the world. Stop being sh***y people

I went to Warner plaza urgent care for the first time on April 28. I already knew what was wrong and I just needed antibiotics. I paid my copay of $30 and then was asked if I wanted to pay the lab fee. When I asked "do I have to pay that?", the receptionist said "you don't have to but sometimes the doctor requires it". So I said ok and paid another $30, if I was totally fine with. Then I saw the doctor, told him what was wrong, and he prescribed me antibiotics. At first I was pleased with how quickly they had me in and out of there. Then, on May 1st, I receive a voicemail from the office and it was the doctor just telling me that the lab results came back and the antibiotics he prescribed me should work and to keep taking them. Shortly after this, I received a bill in the mail for $25. I called the office to ask what it was for. They told me that it was for my telehealth appointment on May 1st. I explained to them that I never made an appointment on that day, nor did I speak to anyone from the office. They claim that since they called ME and left me a message that that's considered a telehealth appointment. THEN, shortly after this, I receive ANOTHER bill from quest diagnostics for $35. I call the office back again to ask why am I getting charged a lab fee when I already paid a lab fee on the day of my visit. Instead of answering my question, the lady in billing was quick to hand me off to the nurse as she said "let me put the nurse on the phone so he can tell you why we send the specimen off to the lab". Once the nurse got on the phone, I politely told the nurse that I am a nurse myself and I know why it's necessary to send specimen off to a lab. I went on to say this is not an educational issue, this is a billing issue and I'd like to be put back on the phone with billing please. The lady in billing then proceeded to say that since I'm getting billed from quest diagnostic that there's nothing they can do about it. I am usually not one to leave Yelp reviews but I feel as though this is important for people to know. I found it outrageous that this urgent care considers them calling you and leaving you a voicemail a telehealth appointment. I have never experienced that before. Even my insurance company was confused. Secondly, I am confused as to why I paid a lab fee on the day of the visit then got another bill from the lab company that they had used. It may not be a lot of money but it's the principle of it. I've never experienced this at any other medical office and I know for a fact that for a phone call to be considered a telehealth appointment, a patient has to make that appointment and actually speak to a medical professional. I was never informed that they would even be calling me with results, especially since I was already being treated with antibiotics and I was also never informed that I'd be charged from the lab company as well. I do not recommend this urgent care to anyone unless you want to be scammed to pay more money .
