Waldron Digital has assisted us with deployment of FreePBX (VOIP) and UniFi network for our rapidly expanding retail business across the USA. In the past 6 years our network has been upgraded with a new server, infrastructure, and other necessary SaaS/IaaS services. Our uptime has been near 100%. When COVID hit, WD got our entire staff working remotely in minutes. When fires knocked out our entire office and telecom, WD was able to selectively retrieve files from our cloud backup so we could keep working. Additionally, WD is constantly looking to improve our security posture and cut our IT costs which I really appreciate.
