I injured my back in April and I have tried so many treatments and unfortunately my pain still is around from time to time. I've been to an acupuncturist before, and the difference in quality and care is night and day. My previous provider promised results in four visits but barely asked any questions, and I honestly didn't feel any improvement.
From my first visit with Dr. Vickery, I knew this experience would be completely different. The initial appointment was a thorough consultation, I filled out paperwork, then she sat with me, reviewed everything, asked thoughtful questions, and truly listened. Her calm, gentle demeanor immediately put me at ease.
I've now seen her three times, and each session has been fantastic. Dr. Vickery has incredibly calming mannerisms, excellent bedside manner, and is genuinely one of the most thorough doctors I've ever encountered. She doesn't rush; she takes her time to connect, understand, and truly treat the root of what's going on rather than just placing needles and sending you off.
I've already noticed improvement in my pain, and I really appreciate how patient she is in answering all of my questions.
I also want to mention how wonderful her office environment is. Her receptionist, Alyssa, is kind, welcoming, and professional. The space is clean, soothing, and beautifully maintained. Her acupuncture table is warm, comfortable, and adds to the relaxing experience it truly feels like a place of healing.
I'm so happy I found Dr. Vickery and I'm looking forward to continuing treatment so I can stay on a path toward feeling healthy again.

Its already 4 years that I'm patient of dr dia. She is truly a magical person . Evry medical problem solved with her and i want to spread the word.. She helped me through tough pregnancy and more. personally I would egnor some of the negative comments because you must explore her to understand what amazing master healer she and one of a kind acupuncturist. Very welcoming, great location with lots of parking.. good energy to rest the mind body and soul, not even using insurance because prices are affordable and great !!! If you love yourself, go to her.

Have been a client for a few years. She solved my chronic hives situation like nothing else I have tried. Allergists just adding more prescriptions to the mix. With acupuncture and follow Dia Vickery's advice I have been hive free and comfortable. I would highly recommend her!

I came in a while back and was kinda pressured to stop being vegan so I could buy their supplements. Also the doc was just getting sick, coughing etc and then worked on me. I wish she would've cancelled the session when getting sick. I didn't come back. The place looked nice, tidy and professional.

First and Last time in this office. I didn't appreciate the receptionist asking me to pay my copay before I see the Acupuncturist. Do they think I'll run away without paying 10 dollars? It's not good practice. Also, I didn't feel comfortable in the small room with a narrow bed and paper on the bed . I felt like I was in a hospital room.

She is simply unethical. I plan to report her to the state of California for breaking a code of professional conduct. After spending time on the phone with her staff and actually driving to her office to provide my insurance information etc, I finally made an appointment to see her in a few weeks. The office checked my insurance and informed me the service was covered 100 percent with only 20 percent co pay. I also called my insurance company and verified the she was a provider and they confirmed my benefit which was the same as what her office had said. I showed up to the appointment and all of a sudden the secretary claimed that I had to cover a full cash price if I wanted to see her that day. When I asked why she didn't call in advance to inform me before I drove there, she just shrugged her shoulders. I called the insurance company and once again they confirmed she is a provider and I had a full coverage. To say the least, she runs a scam business and is unprofessional in every sense. I have reported her to the insurance as well as planning to file a claim with the state against her.
