It was terrific. Didn’t have to wait a long time to see Dr Nardi. She is understanding of the problem and finds the solution. She is a fantastic person as well as veterinarian.

Dr. Latos is an exceptional Vet. He is extremely knowledgeable about dogs, excellent surgeon (removed a growth near my dog’s eye), communicates clearly and thoughtfully and is compassionate. My dog, Cranberry is very fortunate to have him as her Vet. I highly recommend him and Veterinary Medical Center of Woodland Hills.

From the very beginning, we felt supported and guided every step of the way, as if someone was gently holding our hand through a painful journey. Me and my husband need a emergency vaccination for our dog and they we're so kind and helpful with getting done everything for our dog, we really love this clinic is clean it make you feel that they love animals amazing staff so friendly I really recommend this place.

I wish I didn’t have to give a single star! I will never return to this clinic, nor will I recommend it. Why suggest X-rays when you know you won’t be able to see anything via that method. Then after doing so, state that I would need to go elsewhere and have an ultrasound done. Shame on you! Do better! Also, understand the wording of your terms or revise them! Unacceptable!!

Not happy with our veterinary visit last Thursday, December 4, 2025, prices have gone up with no notification to your clients. The vet that we saw was a disappointment, will never see her again. She offered us pain meds and anti-inflammatories even though our dog is clearly not in pain. Both my husband and I had a completely opposite experience from what we have had at this veterinary clinic every other time we have been there and would like to speak to somebody in Management - clearly night and day between seeing her and Dr Latos. Very concerning

Brought in my standard poodle for spay. Dr. Latos who we have followed for over 25 years is the best. The office staff is all very helpful but Jennifer and Alexandra I have know for years are wonderful.

It was my first time here bringing my puppy. Everything went super smoothly, and the staff, techs, and vet were all wonderful, kind, and provided thorough explanations about my pup. I’m very happy with their service and look forward to coming back!
