I had a policy through Venbrook. I got a notice of cancellation from the insurance company in the mail. I emailed Venbrook to know what is going on and they told me that the insurance company would not be offered anymore under Venbrook (Thanks for letting me know directly). And then I asked to get another coverage, and they never replied.

Is this a real company? I have bought coverage from them and have questions but my calls always go to an automated massaging system and emails get ignored as well as my voice messages.
