We had our kitchen done by. The rep Avi (no name written on any documents we received).He came to our house to give us a quote. We signed the contract to start the process and gave a $1000 deposit. That same day I explained to Avi that I wanted a blue island and a pull out corner cabinet instead of a lazy susan. He said no problem whatever you want we can make happen.The next step for a woman to come over and do some measurements and do a 3D model, choose the cabinet and counters. She came and he told us that the cabinets were no longer available. we went with the company because he offered SOLID wood cabinets. Their work is horrible, and they pay no attention to detail. Moti is a salesman and that's it, once the project is sold he does not care about the quality of the work. This is how they left our stairs when they removed carpet and when I tried to tell the guys working, they couldn't understand because they mostly spoke Spanish and would ignore us. When I called Moti to tell him how things were going he said he had an unexpected out of town thing and that this wasn't his problem. I asked him if he could talk to them and tell them to fix this and he said it's not his problem, I got very agitated because he wouldn't help us and he kept saying I was... read full review

I got in touch with USA builders after Avi finish a big project for my sisters Carson . I was so excited to start the job with USA builders The design for the backyard and the pool was perfect in the end of the project it's look the same like the design. USA builders TOP $$$$
