I’m coming from 21st century insurance… I wish I would’ve canceled that insurance way before they transitioned to toggle. TOGGLE IS EVEN WORSE. I want to cancel this insurance but I waited 2 hours on hold for an agent. Just to be transferred to another agent since I’m coming from 21st. That agent never answered. I can’t believe these companies are wasting 3 hours of my time without even helping me at all!!! DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE
If you’re shopping around, look no further. Toggle lets you choose how much to cover of your own belongings. I’ve got expensive computer equipment, so I just ask for more coverage on that and rest easy. After a thief broken into my car, they truly saved me. Over $1k worth of my camera equipment and server hard drives were pretty much covered all the way — at least as much as you’d expect.When I bought a new laptop, I just went in and changed my technology coverage simple as that & I can rest easy knowing it’s covered.I cannot express enough how grateful I am for this company. Mind numbingly asinine name, even worse than "20th Century," and excruciating to deal with, if you can even find a chat or reach a phone rep. Even setting up an account with Toggle after being with 21st Century for over 40 year is hellish. When I finally found a phone rep after waiting on hold for over an hour, she had NO idea about the questions I had... was reading off my online form as if it was the first time she had ever seen it. Promised a call back from a team member (chat GPT?) in 24-48 hours... but guess what? I have so far received no call or email.
