I've been Club One member for two years. When Fitness SF took over I didn't know what to expect. They've done a great job with new equipment paint and upgrading the whole gym. The Staff is very friendly and welcoming. I'm very impressed with my personal trainer, Kara Kim She was with Club One. And wisely fitness SF is keeping her around.

Go see Roy or Jeff. Great guys. Really thorough exercises and rigorous but well worth it and they gave me some great tips for at home techniques.
