My stepdad had a great experience at The Compound. The owner Paul couldn't be more welcoming and genuinely goes out of his way to make people feel comfortable. You can tell this is a gym built on real community, not just business. The space is great, parking is easy, the atmosphere is friendly, and it's clear Paul takes pride in how he runs things. If you're in Woodland Hills and looking for a gym run by someone who actually cares, this is it. Highly recommend.

Excellent clean, incredibly well maintained gym. Paul is a fantastic trainer. He really cares about his clients and works hard to make sure the gym is a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
