Update: Over a month later and we are still being ignored with no response and no release of my daughter’s complete dental records despite repeated requests. The complete lack of communication and accountability is shocking, especially when it involves a child’s medical information. This office has shown zero urgency, zero transparency, and no professionalism in resolving a basic legal request. We have now escalated this to the Dental Board. Parents should be aware before trusting them with their children’s care.
Correct, my daughter was not a patient of yours and was brought in for emergency care. However, when I brought my daughter in for visible facial swelling 2 X-rays were taken (top and bottom). Before I even pointed out to you guys that you completely misdiagnosed her I called to confirm she had 2 taken and requested BOTH to be sent which you were going to happily send over until I CALLED FURIOUS LETTING YOU KNOW SHE HAD A HUGE INFECTION ON THE TOP THAT YOU COMPLETELY MISSED AND I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THE RECORDS!!! Once I began questioning you asking how you could possibly miss the infection when facial swelling is no.1 sign plus her gums were so inflamed, her X-rays were deleted because she was moving too much?? A literal joke.. & the fact that you can respond to my review but not call me personally after I’ve been calling and emailing over weeks is disturbing. Despite taking zero accountability you shifted blame on another dentist asking me if I knew he was the reason she has an infection? But I thought she didn’t have one? A joke of a company you are.

Dr. Abraham and Ashley were fantastic. The other dentist, whose name I don’t remember, not so much. My teenage daughter, like many kids, has an intense fear of dental visits. Initially, when we came in and discovered she got her first cavity, this dentist had said “she’s a big girl now,” after telling her about my daughter’s anxiety. This is not the appropriate response, especially not for a pediatric dentist! You don’t just brush off fear, that only increases it. However, when we came back to take care of the cavity we got another dentist, Dr. Abraham, and she couldn’t have been more caring and gentle. She was professional but knew exactly what to do to put my daughter at ease and talked her through the process. Ashley was equally amazing. I hope I can always schedule with Dr. Abraham.

This office feels like a total scam. My two kids started braces there about three years ago. At the beginning, the orthodontist told us the treatment would take around 1.5 years. Now it has been almost four years.
Every time we get close to finishing, new expenses come up that I feel forced to pay just to finally complete my kids’ treatment. The cost of braces here is also ridiculously high. I have already paid about $7,000 for each child.
In my opinion, you’re better off finding a reputable orthodontist who charges much less and can complete the treatment in a reasonable amount of time.

Dr.Mina is the best. She’s so sweet and gentle. Joslyn is really nice and funny and always greets you with a smile. The whole staff is amazing at making you feel comfortable. I’m a full grown weenie, I’m terrified of the dentist but I look forward to coming to Supper Kiddos. Also the office manager Kathleen is awesome sauce. Not bad on the eyes either. Anywho I recommend this place for adult weenies and kids all alike. Appreciate you guys!!!!
