These guys were quick, efficient and courteous. Start to finish the entire project only took 5 days (4 days of you don't include the day they could not work due to high winds). They were competitively priced and the roof looks great. I am a perfectionist and had a couple of issue that I pointed out and they understood and corrected issues quickly. Was referred to Specialty Construction from a friend. Had 5 bids from various companies and theirs was near the lowest. Abraham Sanchez was professional, friendly, and thorough. We agreed to have his crew do our roof and replace some badly worn out facia boards. They started Monday and were DONE Wednesday at 1:30. Just 2 1/2 days! Arrived promptly at 7:30am each day and left at 5:00pm (M & Tues). They tore off the old roof, replaced a couple of rotten ply sheets, applied synthetic liner, then shingled the entire roof, replacing some vents too.
