I had a relaxing experience today at Spa Day Wellness! I received a Swedish massage with Minnie. Before the massage, I explained that I was very sore and tight from working out which she added light stretches to the massage that made me feel so much better and relieved the soreness in my left shoulder and hamstrings. I also had a facial service included with Annie which was a great way to finish my spa treatment. The scalp and facial massage felt incredible! I realized after my time there, how beneficial a massage and a facial can be. I have been here a few times and usually pamper myself one or two times a year but I will definitely make it a priority to come back more often!

I had serious knots in my neck and shoulder causing severe pain and called and Bess asked me to come over immediately. So grateful they could take me and asked what I would like. She recommended a combo massage and I told my therapist Annie and she focused the first 15 minutes on detecting and getting out the knots and specialized an amazing massage walking on the tight hips and thighs and working out the kinks. Highly recommend and will be back soon. Did a 60 minutes but now that I know how amazing, next time will be 90 minutes!!!!

So thankful to Ally and the Spa Day Wellness team for always providing excellent service and the kindest hospitality. I always leave feeling so refreshed, like I can stand straight again and my pain is gone. Of all the massages I've gotten in the valley, none compare to Spa Day.
For any women looking for a comfortable place to get a massage that works with your tolerances, Spa Day's entire team is made of women who help you feel the best you can while being pain free. I recommend the deep tissue massage if you're someone who is constantly active or participates in sports!

I’m surprised of the bad reviews. I took my mom today for Mother’s Day to have a mother and daughter spa day. She was a little hesitant at first being her first massage, but she absolutely loved it. Upon entering we were happily greeted with great energy and asked to pay. We had the choice to tip through Zelle or cash and we did cash at the end of our massage. Went into our room (both of us together) and asked if we needed to use the bathroom beforehand, then undressed and settled into our bed. Everything was clean and smelled good with nice cold rooms. We got massages by Tanya and Sandy and they were an absolute delight! Very kind with the best massages, even asked if there’s a specific area they wanted us to focus on. At the end they gave us sweet treats and green tea! Overall, we felt very welcomed, comfortable and will be returning! They also offer facials and body scrubs. Thank you for making my mom and I feel great!

I have been a client at this place for over 5 years and today was the last time I used this place. The owner has changed. Prices increased and service is horrible now. I went for my body massage, same one I always get. The person who gave my massage was horrible. Even though I paid for hot stone, I did not get the service. No hot oil or hot stone. And at the end the masseuse did not even bother to clean the cold oil from my body with a wet towel. And at the time of paying I told the receptionist about my experience and she could not care less. They just lost my business. Horrible. Horrible.
