Horrible horrible horrible. They completely botched the installation of a deck on my commercial property. They never sealed the deck, causing water intrusion after just a couple years. They're doing everything they can do not honor the warranty and fix the issue, including pointing fingers at everyone they can think of, even though that breaks California state law. If you care about good service and a company that honors a warranty on their errors, this is not the company for you.
She did a great job, you so much deserve an accolades on this Mrs Kathrine Lucas . Superb work, with integrity, on budget and on schedule. When an electrical fire in the kitchen forced us to remodel, we called Matt at the advice of a friend. No problem: Matt worked with us at every turn. On lighting, counters and cabinets he offered advice as requested-good advice--but was never intrusive and never went for the hard upsell.
