Great therapists helped me with pain, strengthening exercises (upper and lower body) and stretching
I learned proper technique (which is key) to some exercises i already knew plus some new ones
I have a good routine now to do at home as well

What a wonderful crew. Propel was recommended to me by my orthopedic surgeon after a back injury. O'Real took the time to evaluate how I moved, how I walked, then came up with a list of exercises to do. My therapist Justin walked me through each one, stopping to help me adjust so I could do it right. When I came in re-injured, O'Real used massage to make the pain go away (at least for a while). Everyone, from O'Real to Justin and the receptionist Sarah were incredibly kind, friendly and patient. Just lovely group of people. I'd recommend them to anyone!
