They took 3500 dollars from me and didnt do a thing to help with taxes. Then won't answer my texts or phone calls. These people are frauds and they definitely are crooks. I want my money back because they literally did nothing. I would stay away from these guys if you want actual help

They take your money and promise everything is going to be very easy to get done with your taxes. Then you never get the same person on the phone again. Then they have no idea who or what your case is. Then they accuse you of somehow doing something wrong.Total Scam!

This company took money promised to help. Over a year later still nothing resolved, but an email recently stating they want another 5k+ to get resolved and they go hard this time. Any review above one star has to be paid for, or bots. They get away with it by figuring if you coming to them you never going to be able to afford legal fees to come after them.

Do not hire this company. Paid them thousands in fees over two years. Not one thing filed. Now my passport is being denied for back taxes. Called and called and no one ever returns a call. Filing a criminal case against them.

Worst company ever! They just take your money. I have set up multiple loans through them. The deceived me, tricking me into thinking I took a loan out to pay my state taxes. And they kept it saying it was there fee. They are not only trying to charge people almost 2,000 a year.. but then they do nothing after they have the money. I have been garnished multiple times. I had to do the leg work to figure it out. And now that I have figured out they were scamming me, I have been trying to get back the thousands I have given to them. I have now tried to contact Corey for 25 days straight, to get ahold of Corey or anyone that will assist in getting my money back. They won’t call me back, they won’t respond they won’t answer the phones. If you use this company, you’re an idiot! Don’t get caught up in the mess I am in. Save yourself thousands and get a real company. Use a local company that is trusted and that you can go into there office and talk to them.

They promised to handle my taxes and the supposed money I owed and I never heard from them or any updates since I made payments, the state threatened to put a lien on my account, I communicated, sent them copies of the letters I received, This company is disgusting and I am not sure they know what they are doing, I am STILL chasing their "state rep." Down by calling every day when they have been promising to call me back! Save your money and hire somebody else, they are not good at what they do, you are better off using the money they charge to just pay the IRS.

Every year comes back wanting thousands of dollars that could have put toward offer and compromise. Did not file one year saying not necessary. Total incompetent. Also just found out from talking to another attorney that $7500 that was to be paid to IRS was never paid.

I would give it zero Stars if I could they are not an honest company they took $990 from me never did the tax work and this is been going on now for a while they take advantage of senior citizen I had to send them all the papers about seven maybe eight times they're just not other company to work with
