5-Star Review I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Katerina! After a truly awful experience with a previous salon that left my hair patchy, over-processed, and brassy, (See my before pic) I came in feeling discouraged and unsure if my hair could even be saved. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt like I was finally in the hands of a true expert. Not only did she listen to my concerns, but she also explained every step of the process clearly and thoughtfully. She completely transformed my hair -- correcting the uneven tones, blending everything beautifully, and giving me a soft, natural balayage that frames my face perfectly. (See After pic) The end result is everything I hoped for: low-maintenance, natural-looking! My hair feels healthy & fresh. She's truly a color correction magician and an artist with such a calm, professional, and reassuring presence. I came in wanting a bit of a refresh, and Katerina absolutely delivered. I trusted her expertise from the start, and she knew exactly what to do as soon as I arrived.
