Nice gym. Great classes and teachers. All around wonderful gym with enough space and equipment and workout rooms to never feel crowded. Very well kept clean. Spacious locker room. My only complaint is that the management keeps FoxNews on all of the large TV monitors throughout the gym (and there are many), which is highly annoying. It’s hard to not notice Trump state regime media in the corner of your eye when trying to get a workout done. The management should know that we come to the gym to work out and focus - we don’t want to be inundated with toxic media during our workout. This is a health club after all.

It’s not a luxury gym. Trainers are nice and helpful. But missing a lot of very basic equipment, amenities are just average, and the service is surprisingly really poor.

Misleading sales promises & overcharging I had a really disappointing experience with Equinox Woodland Hills due to misleading information from a membership advisor named Sharbl. I was clearly told I would only be signing up for a 2-month membership because I was traveling to another country, and that I would not be locked into a 1-year contract or billed beyond those two months.
Despite confirming this verbally over the phone and also having it confirmed through text message, I was still charged for an extra three months at $300/month for the Southern California regional access plan.
This is completely unacceptable and feels extremely deceptive. Equinox is a premium gym, and the sales process should match that standard, not include broken promises and surprise charges. I’m asking Equinox to fix this immediately and refund the incorrect charges.

Friendly staff. Clean. Busy depending on the time. Overall a solid gym.

He's very strange they won't receive a call I don't always want people calling me also it means they're selling your number to a list of brokers who want people who have the funds to go to this gym so I called him once I said don't call back without blocking your number my privacy is important so no thank you

Wanted to Join the club drove all the way there, was told that no one is available and can’t see the place called the next day still have very limited hours which won’t work for someone who is working. I guess I look for somewhere more flexible.

We’ve been going here for a little over a year and I wouldn’t go to any other gym. Equinox is clean and very private. Which makes me want to go work out.

Not as nice as other locations, especially for the price. Their cycling classes do not play good upbeat music.
