Coordinated a soft-story retrofit for my father-in-law’s rental unit and the whole process was very smooth.

The construction site stayed clean the entire time, communication was clear and consistent, and they did a great job working around the tenants without causing issues. They handled all the city paperwork, which was a huge relief, and the job was fully completed in about a month.

Would definitely recommend based on how easy they made what could’ve been a stressful project.

David and Uri were fantastic! They did an incredible job updating our 1950s San Fernando Valley home, which we bought with a lot of deferred maintenance. The entire process was smooth, and they were completely transparent. They replaced a damaged roof and windows, restored the original wood flooring, and added new lighting to what were once dark rooms. They also painted the interior and exterior. It's so great to live in a home where everything works, feels modern where it counts, and still has its original charm and character.
