We recently had our old HVAC unit replaced, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was efficient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
A special shoutout to Dean—he was incredibly professional, a pleasure to deal with, and took the time to answer all our questions clearly. It’s not often you come across someone so courteous and easy to work with.
The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service and equipment provided. We’re extremely happy with the new unit and can already feel the difference in comfort.

Dean gave an estimate, answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, took my phone calls and answered texts promptly. He was here for the entire day during the replacement of my two furnaces and 2 AC systems. And he was the last to leave. He responded on Sunday to a text about a simple glitch and had the problem resolved first thing Monday. We couldn't be happier. I have referred him to neighbors!
Dean was very professional and friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The app is easy to use for this system and I am now sleeping much more comfortably! Thank you, Dean and Efficiency Air for doing a great job!
