I had over 26 estimates and I chose DNA. Why? Because of Leslie, the project manager. She was not only efficient and polite but proactive and knew her job very well. She found out things about my property that I didn't even know and throughout the process, kept us informed. She was personable and I just can't say enough good things about her. Ofir was also just as personable and wonderful, making sure the crew did what was needed. In fact , they were so good, we had them paint our home as well! Got my patio's torched down roof replaced by DNA roofing. Imo, they have done a great job. 1. They came and provided a quote quickly. 2. The quote was reasonable. There was no surprised increase from the original bid since it includes 15% of replacing damaged wood. 3. They worked promptly during the weekend to avoid the rain during Monday. Overall it was a smooth experience.
