I am absolutely disgusted by the work ethic of this place. To trust you with a deposit to start off my career and you keep my money? This only shows how money hungry Dianne is. You absolutely ghosted and then text days later with excuses to why you have not reached out. If I don't get my refund by today I will be reaching out to state board to report her. Im sure there will be a large fine for certifying people to use a chemical on potential clients without a state license. Chemicals on brow and lash products "Ammonium Thioglycolate" can cause serious damage without the proper training and an acquired state board license also using any blade-like tool is a huge violation...read full review
