Great customer communication, great on time arrival, and an even better service. I had my dual zone mini split cleaned out -both units and their shared compressor. He was very knowledgeable in my system and was able to tell me some cool things about it after he finished up the cleaning. Very good service and also at a great price.

Mikhail did a phenomenal job cleaning our very dirty mini-split units. He showed up on time, did a thorough walk through, and finished the job in under 3 hours. More importantly he cleaned out years worth or dirt/gunk and now our units are working better than ever.

Cooling and Heating ART fixed the uneven airflow between rooms in our house. Installed a damper and increased the duct size going into my son's room, and the airflow jumped about 300%. Also helped me get my Google Nest set up with room sensors while he was there. What really stood out was the follow up though. When it needed a small adjustment a bit later, he came back at no charge. That kind of care is rare. Reasonable pricing on top of it. Will absolutely call them first next time.
